How does the free 14-day trial work? Do I need a card to start?
You simply sign up and get full access to every feature for 14 days. No bank card is required. If the service isn't for you, you pay nothing and there are no automatic charges.
Are there hidden fees on orders or payments?
No. Unlike aggregators and other QR menus, we don't take a percentage of your revenue. You pay only the fixed subscription price and your acquiring bank's standard fee. All the margin on your dishes stays in the business.
Can I cancel my subscription or change plans later?
Yes, at any time. There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel right in your account with one click.
Do I need to buy tablets or special equipment?
No. POSse only needs a printed QR code on the table and the guest's smartphone. You and your manager can run everything from an ordinary laptop or phone. No extra hardware, no investment.
We have no time to re-enter the menu by hand. Who does it?
Our AI does it for free. Just send us a PDF, an Excel file or a photo of your paper menu. The AI recognises names, prices and descriptions — you only add the photos.
Do I have to connect POSse to my POS?
No, the service works fully on its own (requests arrive in the dashboard and Telegram). But if you use Poster, iiko or Syrve, the integration is included in the plans — orders go straight to the kitchen and stop lists sync automatically.
What if my bank isn't on your integrations list?
Write to us. If your bank is rare or local, our developers will study the documentation and build the integration gateway for free within exactly 3 business days. You'll accept payments to your own account.
Won't a QR menu kill the live service and atmosphere?
On the contrary, it takes the routine off your staff. While the menu sells drinks and settles tables without a terminal, your waiters gain time for real hospitality, a smile and the kind of service guests come back for.
Waiters are afraid they'll lose their tips. Is that true?
Practice shows the opposite. On the online payment screen guests are always offered a one-tap tip (10%, 15% or a custom amount). The money goes straight to the waiter's card, bypassing the till. Cashless tips grow by 30% on average.
I run a chain. Do I need a plan for every location?
The Max plan is built for managing a chain from one account — it includes multi-location features. If you have a large chain (3–5 locations or more), contact our sales team and we'll offer individual corporate terms.
Will I have to reprint QR codes if we change prices?
No — your QR codes point to a link that never breaks. Change prices, add seasonal dishes and redesign the menu every day if you like; the table stands keep working forever.
Who owns the guest data the menu collects?
100% of the data (phones, emails) belongs to you alone. You can export your contact base for marketing campaigns at any time. We never share or sell data to third parties.
